Spiderman No Way Home Story line
After Quentin Beck accuses Peter Parker of killing him and reveals that Parker is Spider-Man, the Department of Damage Control questions Parker, his girlfriend Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson, best friend Ned Leeds, and aunt May. Parker’s accusations are dismissed thanks to attorney Matt Murdock, but the gang must deal with bad press.
Following the denial of Parker, MJ, and Ned’s MIT applications, Parker visits the New York Sanctum to seek assistance from Stephen Strange. When Parker repeatedly asks for changes to let his loved ones retain their memories, Strange begins casting a spell that would make everyone forget Parker is Spider-Man, but it corrupts and Strange must contain the spell to stop it.
Parker is accosted by Otto Octavius as he tries to persuade an MIT official to reevaluate MJ and Ned’s applications, as suggested by Strange. Octavius steals Parker’s Iron Spider suit’s nanotechnology, which joins with his mechanical tentacles and gives Parker power over them.
Strange teleports Parker back to the Sanctum and imprisons Octavius next to Curt Connors as Norman Osborn enters and begins to fight. Strange reveals that those familiar with Spider-Man’s identity were called forth by the tainted spell from other multiverse realms. Max Dillon and Flint Marko are located and retrieved from a military research centre by Parker, MJ, and Ned after being given the order to find and catch them.
